[SECO-EEPROM-MANAGER] Fixes for production

This MR improves some aspects required by the production team to use the tool safely:

  • avoid possible UID duplication
  • fix verbosity so that it can be easily used in production scripts
  • fix dump content to show UID number together with name (necessary for CUSTOM UIDs, useful in the other cases)
