[E39][MV] Add modular vision device tree to Image

Christos requested to merge chka-change-modular-vision-device-tree into scarthgap

This MR adds the device tree used by i.MX93, implemented in the respective linux branch for Modular Vision. The device tree can then be configured from the kernel configuration, or by auto-detection, which will be added as a future step (ticket for this task).
