Rebase TANARO kernel to integrate K&K changes

Tim Jaacks requested to merge rebase_linux-5.4.23-guf_on_kuk_5.4 into linux-5.4.24-guf

K&K developed the platform further and especially integrated the SN65DSI83 driver. Rebase the kernel to integrate the changes.
