U-Boot i.MX8MM: add 4GB 1066 MHz RAM-settings for Myon2/Trizeps

Some customers for i.MX8MM-based Myon2/Trizeps 8 Mini require special low-power/low-frequency RAM-settings. This patch adds a 1066 MHz setting for 4GB configurations.

Note: None of the low-power settings are enabled or even compiled-in by default. Currently they must be enabled at compile-time via the LP_RAM_SETTING define in spl.c
