[BOOSCRIPT] remove root_env_bootarg variable

Alessandro Pecugi requested to merge ap/remove-rootfs-param into scarthgap

Remove env variable root_env_bootarg which prevents the GRUB bootscript from automatically finding the rootfs partition using type uuid.
