[CICD] Add 'gitlab-ci.yml' and '.gitlab-ci' submodule

This commit allows to enable CI/CD automation steps for this branch. In turn they allow to automatically integrate 'linux-seco-imx' modifications inside dedicated SRCREV.conf file in 'meta-seco-imx' repository.
