[D18][B79][DTO] drop reset from TLV320AIC32X4

The reset GPIO to TLV320AIC32X4 codec is driven by RESET_OUT# that comes directly from D18 STM32 EC: delete the binding of GPIO4/HDA_RST#, as that pin is inconsequential.
