[MACHINE][ADD] add support for imx8mp_evk, imx93_evk, imx95_evk

Add support for i.MX8M Plus EVK, i.MX93 11x11 EVK and i.MX95 19x19 EVK.

  • Boot script

Uses machine and DTS files already present in U-boot and kernel sources.

Minimal support (core-image-minimal).

Adds meta-arm-toolchain layer as a dependency, which is required to build i.MX95 EVK System Manager firmware.
