[RAUC][CYCLONEDX] Fix builds without RAUC & Fix cyclonedx Yconfig

  • Mask recipes when RAUC is not required in the build

    Mask recipes with BBMASK to avoid errors when building an image configured without RAUC.

  • Fix cyclonedx using FEATURE-ADD

    From seco-build-configurator 2.0.0 the cluster that assigns a variable with += has been renamed with FEATURE-ADD (was FEATURE-APPEND).
