[CICD] Add 'gitlab-ci.yml' and '.gitlab-ci' submodule

This commit allows to enable CI/CD automation steps for this branch. In turn they allow to automatically integrate 'grub2-seco' modifications inside dedicated SRCREV.conf file in 'meta-seco-bsp' repository.
