[DRIVER] pwrseq_sd8787: remove Kconfig wifibt depends

Gianfranco Mariotti requested to merge seco_5.10.110-c31_pwrseq_wifibt into seco_5.10.110

This kind of pwrseq driver can also be used with external built modules, and so the Kconfig wifibt depends could make it not be built. Also, the depends could make it be built as a module instead of built-in.
