E81-100: Ethernet

Dietmar Muscholik requested to merge seco_v6.6_QLI.1.3-Ver.1.1_eth-phy into seco_v6.6_QLI.1.3-Ver.1.1

Device-tree nodes for ethernet phys are added. These are currently empty (except the mandantory reg-property) but necessary for the driver to be probed.
