E81-139: Switch debug output from SER1 to SER0

B79 baseboard used SER1 (aka. uart5) for debugging. E83 uses SER0 (aka. uart6) instead. For E83 the debug-uart is move accordingly This modifies the .dtsi file for E83, so the support for E83 has to be merged before this.
