[E81][DTB] Get eMMC working

Dietmar Muscholik requested to merge seco_v6.6_QLI.1.3-Ver.1.1_emmc into seco_v6.6_QLI.1.3-Ver.1.1

In the qcs6490rb3gen2.dts for the Qualcomm-EVK vreg_l7c_2p952 was configured to supply 2.4-3.5V and later in the device tree the properties regulator-min-microvolt and regulator-max-microvolt were deleted. I falsely thought that Qualcomm knows what they are doing.
