E81-113: Fix error messages on shutdown

Christos requested to merge chka-e81-113-fix-shutdown-error-messages into seco_v6.6_QLI.1.3-Ver.1.1_E81-dev

This MR simply cherry-picks the missing fix for these drivers, which was missing from Qualcomm's upstream branches. The commit in question comes from here.

The changes have been tested, and the issue is no longer present.
