Add support for E39 and displays (7" & 10.1") on Modular Vision Carrier board (MODV-159)

This MR adds support for Modular Vision as well as 2 of its accompanying displays (Fannal 7" & Fannal 10.1") in the form of device tree overlays. For exact part numbers please consult the respective commits.

Other minor changes based on SECO NE's work, such as adding support for peripheral devices, are included.

The new files need to be compiled with the kernel, as well as included in the U-Boot's seco-config tool to select the overlays. Due to this, the ticket requires 3 MRs, namely in Linux, the bootloader (U-Boot), and the meta-seconorth-machine layer (later CLEA-OS).
