[DRIVER][SOUND] Rework WM8983 Driver

Oleksii Kutuzov requested to merge oleksii/rework-wm8983-driver into seco_lf-5.10.y

Adjusted existing driver instead of creating a copy. As I understood, no other board is using this codec, so it should not have any conflicts.
