[DRIVER] seco: ectrl_stm32: fix WDT procfs commands

Gianfranco Mariotti requested to merge seco_lf-5.10.y-gm_ectrl_wdt into seco_lf-5.10.y

Fix the WDT procfs commands to clear its output and to reset delay/timeout, wdtout_reset and restore, that were not bound to the correct i2c commands.
