Draft: [D18][B79][DTO] drop reset from TLV320AIC32X4

The reset to TLV320AIC32X4 codec can come from different pins:

  • jumper CN82 position 2-3: RESET_OUT#, coming from D18 STM32 EC
  • jumper CN82 position 1-2: GPIO4/HDA_RST#, coming from D18

Depending on the chosen reset pin, the other is inconsequential for the codec: free the SMARC GPIO4 signal for other purposes.
